The effective leglocks are the signboard of Luta Livre. From straight footlock, kneebar, and toehold, to kneeriper, footripper and heelhook, every leglock on the two DVDs are structured after the positions of free-fight.

Andreas Andyconda Schmidt, as Headcoach of the European and International Luta Livre Organisation and highest-graduated blackbelt outside of Brazil, gives seminars about leglocks around the world. These DVDs were made accompanying to the seminars and offer a huge pool of effective leg-, foot-, kneelocks, the combination of those and escapes.
